The course responds to the widespread need and interest in knowing and appreciating wine, enjoying it, serving it and pairing it correctly with food in an increasingly conscious way. It will be enriched with a strictly necessary theoretical notions and will have a concrete approach.

🍷 It is divided into five non-binding lessons of two hours each carried out in a conversational form. The first hour and a half will focus on the overview of the theme and the in-depth study of the basic notions, also developed in relation to the interests and curiosities of the participants and with the use of the teaching material. The final half hour will be dedicated to the guided tasting of three wines appropriately chosen and accompanied by some delicacies from our gastronomy.

🎓A textbook will be handed out at the beginning of the course and a certificate of participation will be delivered at the end. It is the ideal course for beginners and enthusiasts who want to reach a new awareness.
